SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 8-10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Customers are held responsible for reading the descriptions of each item. Exceptions will not be made. The 8-10 business day turnaround time does not include shipping time, which may vary based on circumstance, political climate, postal worker availability, etc..
Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out in real time by USPS to ensure the most accurate label. This includes shipping worldwide.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your earrings are arrived broken or you never received them, I can give a refund. If it has been more than 30 days since you first purchased the pair, or if they broke after the 30 days, then a refund cannot be guaranteed.
I personally pack every single order and ensure the greatest quality before shipping your Peachy Pairs, so any defects are likely to have occurred during shipping. If you have received a defective item please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email.

If items are lost in transit, we are not responsible for replacing them. Once packages leave our hands and are dropped off at the Post Office, we are not responsible for what happens to them. We recommend upgrading shipping and adding insurance whenever possible to ensure that packages arrive or are covered in the unfortunate event of a shipping issue.
